We strongly disagree with the Supreme Court ruling in relation to this isolated case of four homes located in Calle Lope de Vega. We will be immediately requesting documentation to clarify that the 44 garages could not be sold to Fidere because they were not owned by the EMVS at the time of the transaction.<\/p>\n

While we contest this isolated case, we are pleased the Supreme Court has re-confirmed that pre-emption rights do not apply when the buyer acquires all the remaining properties owned by the seller at the time of the transaction of a given building<\/strong>. As is the case for Fidere\u2019s acquisition of the assets of EMVS in October 2013. The EMVS sale followed a fully marketed, transparent auction, that was approved by the EMVS and public authorities.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
