This system transforms our properties into smart, secure locations by replacing traditional physical keys with encrypted digital keys.<\/p>\n<p>Benefits include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Enhanced security and prevention of unauthorized access, as digital keys are difficult to copy<\/li>\n<li>Reduced waste and carbon footprint by avoiding lock and physical key replacements during tenant turnover<\/li>\n<li>Cost optimization and improved operational efficiency, as digital keys can be easily reprogrammed for new tenants<\/li>\n<li>Faster solutions for tenants in the event of lockouts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The system and provider were selected based on alignment with Testa Homes&#8217; sustainability criteria and supplier selection standards. The system operates with carbon-neutral processes and adheres to circular economy principles, making the product recyclable.<\/p>\n<p>Since 2022, we have installed over 4,000 electronic locks for residential units and more than 1,000 in common areas.
