We continue moving forward in the transformation and modernization of our buildings. At CAR15, the residential development located on Arte Rupestre Mediterráneo Street in Carabanchel (Madrid), a major project is already underway, including the construction of a new swimming pool and the complete renovation of the common areas.
With an investment of nearly 2 million euros, we are upgrading the 70 apartments and all community spaces to enhance the comfort, sustainability, and daily experience of more than 210 residents.
Main improvements at CAR15
- New community swimming pool with a water surface area of 72.35 m², along with a new solarium, restrooms, and changing rooms.
- Installation of bicycle parking areas in the ground-floor common spaces, promoting sustainable mobility.
- Aesthetic renovation of exterior entrances, featuring new signage and improved lighting for greater visibility and safety.
- New pavement in exterior common areas, giving the residential complex a more modern and functional appearance.
