As USER of the Website, we inform you that accessing or using the Website for illegal or unauthorised purposes, be they of an economic nature or otherwise, is PROHIBITED and will therefore be at your exclusive liability. TESTA HOMES, S.L. will be exempt from any liability arising from the actions described in this clause upon publication of the modifications on the Website

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The legislation in fore will determine the laws governing the relationship between TESTA HOMES, S.L., the USER and the Website, as well as the competent jurisdiction. Notwithstanding this, where applicable law allows the parties to submit to a specific jurisdiction, TESTA HOMES, S.L. and the USER, expressly waiving any other forum to which they may be entitled, agree to submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid.
